About the author
Dr. Surender Nath (b1945) is
currently a reader in Forensic Anthropology at the University of Delhi, where
he has been associated with the co-ordination and teaching of forensic Science
and Forensic Anthropology courses for over fifteen years.
A leading scholar in the area of
forensic applications or Fingerprints and Skeletal materal, he is widely
recognised for his scientific researches in the fields of dermatoglyphics.
(Science of Fingerprints), human biological growth and analysis of Skeletal material.
In addition to this, he has
published over fifty-five scientific articles in international and national
journals. He has produced six Ph. Ds. and authored, An Introduction to forensic Anthropology and Fingerprint Identification
in crime Detection.
